随着职业教育操作课程教学法改革的深入,对教师因材施教和学生个性化学习的要求越来越高,分层分组教学法得到越来越广泛的应用。本文首先分析了分层分组的内涵,其次介绍了分层分组的实施内容和方法,最后通过教学实践,证明分层分组教学法是新形势下行之有效的方法。

With deepening of operational course teaching reform in higher vocational education,teachers are required to teach according to students′ability and students′individualized learning is highly required.This essay analyzed the connotation of hierarchical grouping teaching,and introduces the teaching methods.The teaching practice proves that hierarchical grouping teaching is effective under the new situation.
