基于新冠疫情背景下《就业指导与创新创业教育》课程的重建

新型冠状病毒肺炎让国际国内形势发生了深刻变化,全球经济大幅受挫,大学生的就业面临新的挑战。如何让《就业指导与创新创业教育》课程在这一特定时期发挥应有的价值,科学引导学生就业创业,是值得教育者深思的问题。在疫情背景下,本文从课程教学理念、教学内容、教学组织、教学队伍等各方面提出了课程重建的意见和建议,以期对高校推动学生就业创业,缓解社会矛盾,有一定的实践意义和参考价值。

The new type of corona-virus pneumonia has caused profound changes in the international and domestic situation.The global economy has suffered drastically,and the employment of college students is facing new challenges.How to make Employment Guidance and and Entrepreneurship Education course play its due value in this specific period and provide scientific guidance for students is a question worthy of consideration by educators.For the course teaching in post-epidemic period,this article gives opinions and suggestions on curriculum reconstruction in terms of teaching philosophy,teaching content,teaching organization,and teaching team building,which is of practical significance in promoting college students employment and alleviate social conflicts.
