摘要 随着高等教育的普及,内地高校少数民族学生规模逐年增加。少数民族大学生是民族地区发展的生力军,其思想认知整体积极向上,个别理想信念淡薄,学习意愿强烈,但基础较差,自尊心强,自信心弱。以学生特质为基础,破解当前内地高校开展少数民族学生思政教育面临的困境,各内地高校需要提高思政工作者的业务素质,引导学生树立正确的民族观,建立健全民族团结教育体制机制,创新民族团结教育内容和形式,坚持共性要求和个性指导相结合。 With the popularization of higher education,the scale of minority students in inland universities is increasing.Minority college students are the new force in the development of ethnic areas.They generally hold a positive attitude in ideology;they are willing to learn but poor in foundation;they are with high self-esteem but weak in self-confidence.Based on the characteristics of minority students combined with the difficulties in ideological and political education,this essay proposes that teachers should improve their own teaching capability and guide students towards correct national view,and that national unity education mechanism should also be established.
