关于高校学生会改革的微观思考——基于对S校学生会文艺部的有限观察

A Micro Consideration on the Reform of University Student Union——Taking the Literature and Art Department of S University as an Observation Object

高校学生会,是在学校党委的全面领导下、学校团委和上级学联双重指导下的主要学生组织,是高校党政联系广大同学的主要桥梁和纽带,是"一心双环"团学组织格局的最重要的一环。高校学生会在发展过程中存在一些问题,推动高校学生会改革已成为团学系统的共识。笔者曾在高校学生会秘书部和文艺部工作,结合自己的工作经验和专业特长,以S校文艺部为例,对高校学生会改革提出了自己的思考,以期能对推动高校学生会在完善自身建设、提升服务水平、加强政治引领、传递青春活力等方面改革提供参考和借鉴。

Taking the Art Department of S university as an example,in terms of recruitment reform,it is proposed that new recruitment standards should be diversified,new recruitment publicity should be in place,and measures such as wide entry,strict retention and strong training should be taken to improve the quality of new officers.On operating mechanism reform,it is proposed to construct the three-level linkage mechanism of“University-College-Class”,set up key project teams,print“My Youth Footprint—Student Cadres Quality Development Record Book”,provide participation certificate for participants,implement target incentive and spirit incentive and other means and to the Student unions of universities with multiple campuses,the paper puts forward the coordination and consistency of key activities and the operation mechanism of general activities.On activities reform,taking the welcome party for example,put forward the significance,content,characteristic,influence,students′gains?and so on to enhance the content of the activity;on the basis of the political orientation and education orientation,reflects the youth entertainment effect to let the students happy and improve student engagement and satisfaction on the activities.
