摘要
为了确保海上安全航行,航海人员利用导航设备,获得航行安全相关的数据,对航行局势作出判断,然后运用专业技能操纵船舶,确保船舶与海洋环境的安全。本文首先指出当前现行导航设备在操作上存在的不足,然后提出通过数据融合方法,引入一套新的AIS-ARPA导航系统。经过数据融合、滤波处理后,同时具有ARPA雷达和AIS两种导航设备的性能优越性,导航精度更高,可以减轻操作人员的工作强度,更加准确地对船舶周围局面作出判断。
In order to ensure safe navigation at sea,mariner obtain data related to navigation safety through the navigation equipment,make a judgment on the navigation situation,and then use professional skills to operate the ship to ensure the safety of the ship and the marine environment.This paper points out the deficiency existing in current navigation equipment,introduces a new set of AIS-ARPA navigation system through data fusion and filtering processing with advantages of both AIS and ARPA radar system.The new system is more precise and makes more accurate judgement so that the work intensity of operators can be reduced.
