摘要
自2020年2月开启"停课不停学"线上授课以来,老师和学生都保持了对在线教学的"新鲜感",迅速投入到线上学习的工作中去。但仅仅只有新鲜感是不够的,当线上教学从"新鲜感"走向"新常态",线上教学势必面临持续向好发展的挑战。如何突破线上教学的瓶颈,实现线上教学长远可持续发展?本文以《连锁门店经营管理》课程线上教学实践历程为例,介绍在疫情带来的"新零售"产业背景下,教师通过课程再造的方法,以资源联动整合、设计职业场景、实现任务驱动来突破教学瓶颈,提升学生学习内驱力,实现疫情常态化下产教融合的协同培养。
Online teaching is becoming normalized under current COVID-19 epidemic situation.This essay discusses how to breakthrough the bottleneck of online teaching and make it sustainable.Taking Chain Store Management course as an example,this paper proposes that teachers can break through the teaching bottleneck by reconstructing the course content,integrating the resources,designing professional scenes and carry out task-driven teaching,so as to stimulate students’self-motivation in learning.
