摘要
新零售标杆企业盒马鲜生在快速扩张中出现了许多问题,主要表现在标准店的普适性不强、供应链覆盖面不够、产品品类定位较高及品质管控不到位四个方面。同时,盒马鲜生在解决这些问题上已经或者应该采取的应对措施有以下四个方面:分级经营的多种业态布局、农产品基地建设、品类与成本的差异化设计、农产品供应链标准化体系建设等。通过问题的反思对新零售企业的稳健发展有一定的借鉴作用。
The new retail benchmark enterprise Freshippo has encountered many problems in its rapid expansion,which mainly manifested in the following four aspects:the lack of unified stores,insufficient supply chain coverage,high product category positioning and poor quality control.Therefore,Freshippo should take the following four measures to solve the above problems:the layout of multiple business formats for hierarchical operation,the construction of agricultural product bases,the differentiated design of categories and costs,and the construction of a standardized system for agricultural product supply chains.
