摘要 氧化石墨烯(GO)具有优良的吸附重金属离子功能。以水溶性高分子材料作基体与GO复合,制备多孔吸附材料,是一种理想的废水处理技术途径。本研究采用冷冻干燥法制备了GO/壳聚糖(CTS)/聚乙烯醇(PVA)海绵体复合材料。通过红外光谱(FTIR)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、原子力显微镜(AFM)等表征了GO及纳米复合材料的结构,研究了GO用量对材料结构、孔隙率、吸水性及脱硫废水中重金属离子Cu^2+、Pb^2+去除率的影响。结果表明,该海绵体层间互相搭接,为类蜂窝状多孔三维网络结构,具有孔隙率高、吸水性良好等特点,且GO的引入可明显提高材料对Cu^2+、Pb^2+吸附能力。 Graphene oxide possesses excellent performance of heavy metal ions adsorption.Application of porous adsorption materials prepared by using water-soluble polymer as matrix with GO incorporated is an ideal approach for wastewater treatment.In this paper,graphene oxide(GO)/chitosan(CTS)/polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)sponge-structured composites were obtained by freeze drying method,and their nano-structures of GO and the whole materials were characterized by some advanced techniques including infrared spectroscopy and atomic force microscopy.The effects of the amount of GO on the micro-structure,porosity,water absorption and removal rates of Cu^2+and Pb^2+were investigated.Results indicate that the GO/CTS/PVA composites have a three-dimensional honeycomb micro-structure which contributes to the high porosity and good water absorption,and GO incorporation leads to an improvement of the adsorption of Cu^2+and Pb^2+.
