5052铝合金表面超疏水复合涂层的制备及其耐蚀性 被引量:5

摘要 采用化学镀镍和电沉积镍钴合金,结合6-N-烯丙基-N-1,1,2,2-四氢氟代癸烷基胺-1,3,5-三嗪-2,4-硫醇单钠盐(AF17N)的表面修饰,在5052铝合金表面制备出了超疏水复合涂层。采用扫描电镜(SEM)、能量色散X射线能谱(EDS)、原子力显微镜(AFM)和接触角(CA)测量及电化学测试等方法研究了复合涂层的表面形貌、结构、疏水性和耐蚀性能。结果表明:复合涂层展示出超疏水能力,并显著提高了5052铝合金基体的耐腐蚀性能。 A superphydrophobic coating was fabricated on AA5052 aluminum alloy surface by the electrodeposition of Ni-Co alloy coating,followed by modification with 6-(N-allyl-1,1,2,2-tetrahydro-perfluorodecyl)amino-1,3,5-triazine-2,4-dithiol monosodium(AF17N),and the optimum conditions for self-assembling AF17N film were studied.Surface morphology,structure,hydrophobicity and corrosion resistance of the composite coatings were investigated by means of scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy dispersive X-ray spectrum(EDS),atomic force microscope(AFM),contact angle(CA)and electrochemical tests.The results showed that the coatings exhibited excellent superhydrophobicity and significantly improved the corrosion resistant peformance of AA5052 aluminum alloy.
