摘要
提出预制装配式部分包覆钢-混凝土组合剪力墙结构(PEC剪力墙结构),详细介绍该结构基本组成和构造特点,并以新城·吾悦广场12号住宅楼为例介绍其在工程中的应用。结合试验研究与工程应用,总结预制装配式PEC剪力墙结构力学性能、耐火性能、节点连接性能等。实际应用效果表明,预制装配式PEC剪力墙结构受力合理,解决了目前钢结构住宅和PC结构住宅存在的部分技术问题。
This paper proposes a prefabricated partially encased composite (PEC) shear wall structure,introduces the basic composition and structural characteristics,and uses the No.12 residential building of Xincheng-Wuyue Plaza as an example to introduce the application. Combining with experimental research and engineering applications,this paper summarizes the mechanical properties,fire resistance,and joint connection properties of the prefabricated PEC shear wall structures. The actual engineering application results show that the prefabricated PEC shear wall structure is reasonable in force,which solves some technical problems existing in the steel and precast concrete (PC) residential buildings.
