摘要
为了解飞云江跨海特大桥在静载作用下的实际受力情况,评价其在设计荷载作用下的工作性能,开展静载试验研究。对试验内容、测点布置、试验过程等进行说明,并对比分析试验值与理论值。研究结果表明,该桥在与设计荷载效应对应的试验荷载和车辆荷载作用下,主要测点相对残余变形均<20%,校验系数均<1.00,且满载实测索力增量校验系数为0.74~0.96,可知该桥处于弹性工作状态,斜拉索向主塔传力正常,强度、刚度满足设计要求,整体工作性能良好。
In order to understand the actual stress of Feiyun River Sea-crossing Bridge under static load,evaluate its working performance under design load,this paper carried out static loading tests. This paper explains the test content,measuring point arrangement,test process,etc.,and compares the test value and theoretical value. The research results show that under the test load and vehicle load corresponding to the design load effect,the relative residual deformation of main measuring points is less than 20%,and the calibration coefficient is less than 1. 00. The cable force increment verification coefficient is 0. 74 ~0. 96. It can be seen that the bridge is in an elastic working state,the force transmission of the stay cable is normal to the main tower,the strength and stiffness meet the design requirements,and the overall working performance is good.
