Rapid Construction Technology of the Upper Crossbeam of the Cable Tower of Zhoudai Sea-crossing Bridge

舟岱跨海大桥主桥索塔上横梁采用牛腿配合钢管支架及预制型钢支架技术进行快速施工,对牛腿、钢管支架及型钢支架进行建模分析,对各构件受力进行计算及复核,对上横梁施工支架快速加工及安装进行说明。工程实践表明,主桥索塔上横梁快速施工技术可缩短主线工期,提高施工安全性,具有一定经济效益。

The upper crossbeam of the main bridge cable tower of Zhoudai Sea-crossing Bridge adopts corbels combined with steel pipe brackets and prefabricated section steel brackets technology for rapid construction. This paper models and analyzes corbels,steel pipe brackets and section steel brackets,calculates and reviews the stress of each component,and explains the rapid processing and installation of the upper crossbeam brackets. Engineering practice shows that the rapid construction technology of the upper crossbeam of the main bridge cable tower can shorten the main line construction period,improve construction safety,and have certain economic benefits.
