摘要
对建筑物地基鼓胀病害原因及处治技术进行研究,在调查周围环境情况、持续监测鼓胀量、分析鼓胀病害原因的基础上,通过试验法、反算法、工程地质比拟法确定膨胀力。提出锚杆(索)控制柱鼓胀、预应力锚索控制室内地坪鼓胀、掏土纠偏、堆载加压、地基土换填的综合处治方案,有效降低地基鼓胀量,取得良好加固效果。
This paper studied the cause of foundation bulge and its treatment technology. On the basis of investigating the surrounding environment,continuously monitoring the amount of bulging,and analyzing the causes of bulging diseases,the bulging force was determined by the test method,inverse calculation,and engineering geological assimilating method. This paper proposed a comprehensive treatment plan of anchor rod control column bulging and prestressed anchor cable control indoor floor bulging,deviation correction by soil,stacking pressurization,and foundation soil replacement,which can effectively reduce foundation bulging and achieve good reinforcement effects.
