叶朗“美在意象”理论反映出的当代美学主要问题

The Main Problems of Aesthetic Research Reflected in Ye Lang’s Theory of“Beauty as Aesthetic Images”

叶朗先生的"美在意象"理论既有其积极意义,但也反映了当代中国美学研究界普遍存在的主要问题。具体是,学术话语个体性意识缺失与集体群言性叙事遮蔽,西方理论批判性缺失与中国本有特色遮蔽,感性的片面强调与盲目排斥"主客二分"模式的误区。中国美学研究既要中西方理论相结合,又要对西方现代主义、后现代主义保持必要的警惕,进行甄别与批判。中国当前仍处于现代性发展阶段,仍有必要强调理性精神与主体意识。

Despite its positive significance,Ye Lang’s theory of"beauty as aesthetic images"reflects such main problems in contemporary Chinese aesthetic research as the lack of individual consciousness of academic discourse and the hidden collective narration,the lack of criticism of western theory and the hidden Chinese characteristics,the perceptual one-sided emphasis and blind rejection of the"subject-object dichotomy"model.In the study of Chinese aesthetics,scholars are supposed to not only combine Chinese and western theories,but also be vigilant against and critical of western modernism and postmodernism.Currently,China remains in the stage of development of modernity,hence the necessity to emphasize the spirit of reason and consciousness of subjectivity.
