自由电子与新型材料结构相互作用的研究进展

摘要 利用自由电子产生电磁波,研制的真空电子器件能够在高频率和高功率下稳定工作。近年来,利用自由电子与新型材料结构相互作用的研究得到了科学家们的关注和重视,包括利用这些相互作用激发激元和产生各频段电磁辐射,以及探索新奇的物理现象。基于这些最新研究的工作,本文系统全面地总结了自由电子与新型材料结构相互作用的研究进展,希望能够推动真空电子学相关领域科学技术的创新发展。 Because electromagnetic waves can be generated by using free electrons,the vacuum electronic devices are able to work stably in high-frequency and high-power conditions.In recent years,researchers attach great importance to the utilization of the interactions between free electrons and the novel materials and structures.That includes the excitation of polaritons,the generation of electromagnetic radiation in different frequencies and the novel physical phenomena.Based on latest study results,this review summarizes the research progresses of the interactions between free electrons and the novel materials and structures,and we hope it can promote the innovative development of the vacuum electronics and relative scientific and technological areas.
