马克思主义人民利益观在国外的实践及启示——以苏东剧变与北欧福利国家的发展为例

马克思主义人民利益观始终将人民的利益放在第一位,人民群众是利益的主体。逐渐偏离马克思主人民利益观的苏东模式脱离了人民群众的利益而最终导致了苏东国家剧变的爆发,给苏东乃至世界各国人民上了一堂极为深刻的历史课。反之,吸收了马克思主义人民利益观思想的北欧国家,建立了高福利、高税收制度的北欧模式,在特定时期一定程度上改善了北欧国家人民的生活,其经验有许多值得我们借鉴学习之处。习近平总书记“人民至上”的利益观是马克思主义人民利益观与中国特色社会主义建设实践有机结合的思想精髓,践行马克思主义人民利益观就是要坚持习近平总书记“人民至上”的利益观。

The Marxist view of the interests of the people always puts the interests of the people first,and the masses of the people are the main body of interests.The mode of the Soviet Union and Eastern Europe,which gradually deviated from the Marxist view of the people’s interests,was divorced from the interests of the people,and eventually led to the outbreak of drastic changes in the Soviet Union and East Europe,thus teaching a profound history lesson to the people of the Soviet Union and East Europe and even of all other countries worldwide.On the contrary,the Nordic countries,which have absorbed the Marxist view of the people’s interests,have established a Nordic model with a high welfare and high tax system,thereby having improved the lives of the people in the Nordic countries to a certain extent during a certain period,so there is much to learn from the experience of the Nordic countries.General Secretary Xi Jinping’s view of“the people’s supreme interests”is the quintessence of the organic integration of the Marxist views of the people’s interests with the practice of building socialism with Chinese characteristics,so the implementation of the Marxist view of the people’s interests is to uphold General Secretary Xi Jinping’s view of“the people’s supreme interests”.
