摘要 介绍了模糊PID(fuzzy-PID)双电机同步控制策略,构建模糊PID补偿器的偏差耦合结构,以SIEMENS S7-1200 PLC作为控制器,选用SIEMENS Smart1000 IE V3作为人机界面(Human Machine Interface,HMI),选用台达VFD-M系列变频器,使用博途TIA软件进行主程序、模糊PID子程序和Modbus-RTU通信子程序的混合编程,使用WinCC flexible SMART V3组态软件设计HMI组态画面,通过HMI组态画面的实时监控,实现电机同步角速度偏差小、控制精度高、抗干扰能力强且运行状态可视化和控制智能化目的。 The synchronous control strategy of dual motors based on fuzzy-PID was introduced,and the deviation coupling structure of fuzzy-PID compensator was constructed.SIEMENS S7-1200 PLC was used as controller,SIEMENS Smart1000 IE V3 was used as HMI and ELTA VFD-M was used as inverter.The main program,the fuzzy-PID subroutine and the Modbus-RTU communication subroutine were compiled by using TIA Portal software.WinCC flexible SMART V3 simulation operation was designed.Through HMI configuration screen real-time monitoring,the purpose of small deviation of synchronous speed,high control precision,strong anti-interference ability,visualization of operation state was realized.
