摘要
在生产系统的生产质量和生产数量保证过程中,设备维修管理、统计过程控制及经济生产批量决策是3种存在相互影响作用的常用方法和手段。在分析三者相互影响机制的基础上,重点从维修管理和统计过程控制的集成优化、维修管理和经济生产批量的集成优化、统计过程控制和经济生产批量的集成优化及模型应用4个知识模块,对生产运行过程的系统维护、质量控制和生产规划集成优化及其应用问题研究现状进行了梳理和分析,并总结提出了未来研究的努力方向。
Equipment maintenance management,statistical process control and economic production quantity are three common methods and means that affect each other in the process of production quality and quantity assurance.On the basis of analyzing the mutual influence mechanism of them,the integrated optimization of quality and quantity assurance management in production process is reviewed.It involves the integrated optimization of maintenance management and statistical process control,the integrated optimization of maintenance management and economic production quantity,the integrated optimization of statistical process control and economic production quantity,application of proposed models.In the end,the research directions in the future are summarized.
