摘要
伺服油动机控制着汽轮机进汽阀门的开度,是DEH控制系统的重要组成部分。本文分析了几种典型油动机的工作原理,建立了积分型、比例型低压油动机简化模型,以及积分型高压油动机简化模型。介绍了单个及冗余伺服控制原理及伺服控制系统的阶跃响应仿真结果。
Servo actuator controls the opening of turbine inlet valve,which is an important part in the DEH control system.In this paper,we analyze the working principle of several typical servo actuators,and establish simplified models of integral and proportional low-pressure actuators and integral high-pressure actuators.The principle of single and redundant servo control and the simulation results of step response of the servo control system are introduced.
