断奶仔猪饲喂不同剂量凝结芽孢杆菌的生长性能及养殖经济效益评估

Effects of Dietary Supplementation of Probiotic Bacillus coagulans at Various Dosages on Growth Performance and Feeding Economic Benefits in Weanling Piglets

试验研究断奶仔猪饲粮中使用凝结芽孢杆菌替代抗生素的适合添加量及其养殖经济效益。30头26日龄断奶仔猪分成5个处理组:抗生素组(Antibiotic group,AB);基础饲粮组(Antibiotic free group,ABF);3个饲用凝结芽孢杆菌组(Bacillus coagulans supplemented group;BC0.5、BC1.0、BC2.0),即在基础饲粮中分别添加0.5×107、1.0×107、2.0×107cfu·g-1(全价配合饲料)的凝结芽孢杆菌。至35日龄饲养试验结束,分析仔猪生长性能、血液生化指标及养殖经济效益。结果显示,与AB组相比,ABF组仔猪总增重、饲料总采食量、饲料转化效率及血清总蛋白和白蛋白含量显著下降(P<0.05),而腹泻指数和血清尿素氮含量显著上升(P<0.05)。BC1.0组和BC2.0组仔猪生长性能及血清总蛋白、白蛋白、尿素氮等血液生化指标,均与AB组差异不显著。在此基础上,计算"养殖经济效益"排序结果依次是:BC2.0>AB>BC1.0>BC0.5>ABF。以上结果表明,饲粮添加1.0×107~2.0×107cfu·g-1凝结芽孢杆菌能够替代抗生素维持断奶仔猪正常生长性能,且获得较好的养殖经济效益。

The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of dietary supplementation of probiotic Bacillus coagulans at various dosages on growth performance and feeding economic benefits in weanling piglets.Thirty piglets at the weanling age of 26 d were randomly allocated to 5 groups as followings,antibiotic group(AB),antibiotic free group(ABF),and three probiotic Bacillus coagulans supplemented groups(BC0.5,BC1.0,and BC2.0)including on the basal diet with Bacillus coagulans supplementation of 0.5×107 cfu·g-1,1.0×107 cfu·g-1,and 2.0×107 cfu·g-1,respectively.The growth performance,blood biochemistry and feeding economic benefits were determined and evaluated at the age of 35 days.Compared to AB group,ABF group significantly decreased(P<0.05)body weigh gain,feed intake,feed conversion ratio,serum total protein,and serum albumin,as well as increased(P<0.05)diarrhea index and serum urea nitrogen.There were no significances(P>0.05)for the growth performance and serum contents of total protein,albumin and urea nitrogen among AB,BC1.0,and BC2.0 groups.The order of feeding economic benefits for 5 treatment groups was as follows:BC2.0>AB>BC1.0>BC0.5>ABF.In conclusion,dietary supplementation of 1.0×107-2.0×107 cfu·g-1 Bacillus coagulans could maintain the normal growth performance and feeding economic benefits in weanling piglets.
