自然干燥与青贮处理玉米秸秆营养成分对比

Analysis of Corn Stalks under Nutrients Naturally Dried and Stored Silage

通过测定自然干燥和青贮处理玉米秸秆常规养分含量,分析其营养成分。试验改进尼龙袋法对两样品中中性洗涤纤维(NDF)含量进行测定,其他养分采用常规测定法。结果表明,自然干燥玉米秸秆和青贮玉米秸秆相比,NDF和水分含量差异不显著(P≥0.05),青贮处理的玉米秸秆的粗蛋白质(CP)粗灰分(Ash)以及无氮浸出物(NFE)极显著高于自然干燥玉米秸秆(P<0.01)。

The experiment measured the natural drying corn stalks and silage corn stalks conventional nutrient content,thus further both nutrients were analysed.Test for two samples of neutral detergent fiber(NDF)were determined by HPLC method using improved nylon,other conventional nutrients by conventional assays.The results showed that natural drying corn stalks and silage maize compared to neutral detergent fiber(NDF)and the moisture content was not significant(P≥0.05),but coarse protein(CP),crude ash(Ash)and nitrogen-free extract(NFE)of content differences are extremely significant(P<0.01).
