Application and Optimization Study of Financial Shared Service in Chinese Enterprises

在大数据和信息化的时代背景下,企业间的竞争逐渐由产品质量转变为管理水平与创新能力之间的竞争。传统的财务管理模式已渐渐不能完全符合企业新的创新发展需要,以财务共享服务中心作为新的管控模式得到了越来越多企业青睐,财务管理模式已经渐渐从分散模式向共享服务中心管理模式转变。本文着重论述了财务共享中心管理模式的主要优点、问题及不足,探讨如何对他进行优化提升,以满足较好的财务管理需求,帮助更多企业提高进步。

In the era of big data and informationization,the competition among enterprises has gradually changed from product quality to management level and innovation ability.The traditional financial management mode could not fully meet the needs of the new innovation and development of enterprises.The Financial Shared Service Center as a new management and control mode has been favored by more and more enterprises.The financial management mode has gradually changed from the decentralized mode to the shared service center management mode.This paper focuses on the main advantages,problems and shortcomings of the financial sharing center management mode,and discusses how to optimize and improve it,so as to meet the needs of financial management better and help more enterprises to be improved.
