Located in Kitwe,Zambia,Africa,South East Ore Body Mine Exploration and Construction of Chambishi Copper Mine is a"Signature Project of China-Africa Cooperation",which has a large investment.During the cost consultation process of project construction phase,in the face of the disadvantages such as the relatively backward economic construction in Africa,the large discrepancy between the construction technology and the domestic supporting quota,and the insufficient input of the preliminary construction technicians,the cost consulting work methods of the two stages of construction drawing budget and the project completion settlement and audit are reviewed and useful explored in this article,aiming to provide some useful references for consulting companies and engineering cost personnel in overseas markets in the construction project cost consulting work.
