摘要
江铜铅锌金属有限公司锌冶炼分厂采用3.2平方米大型极板电积全自动剥锌工艺,锌锭浇铸采用国内首条双模浇铸,单次浇铸四块锌锭的工艺。由于设计缺陷,工艺操作不熟练,生产经验不足等,导致投产后锌锭质量不佳。2015年开始对锌锭质量攻关,从大量试验数据、生产报表中分析,确认主要影响质量的化学元素——Pb,提出了相关解决方法,解决了实际问题。
The automatic electrowinning zinc-stripping process for 3.2 square meters large plate is adopted for the zinc smelting plant,and the first domestic double mold casting manufacturing technique is used in casting zinc ingot,by which the zinc ingot of the single casting is four.Due to design defects,unskilled process operations,insufficient production experience,etc.,the quality of zinc ingots since putting into production is poor.At the beginning of 2015,the quality of zinc ingot was tackled.From a large number of experimental data and production reports,the element Pb,which was the main influencing factor about the quality,was confirmed.The related solutions were put forward.The practical problems had been solved.
