摘要
对电子材料工厂洁净车间温湿度控制原理进行了介绍,对于运行中能源消耗大的缺点提出了解决方案。改造方案中,充分利用工厂现有的余热,通过空调机组换热盘管改造,实现了余热充分利用,大幅度降低了蒸汽的消耗,实现公司节能减排、提高效益的目的。
This paper explains temperature and humidity control principle in cleanroom and puts forward solution to the problem of high energy consumption.In the plan,the project makes fully use of waste heat in the factory by means of air-conditioning-unit heating coil modification.After renovation,the steam consumption is reduced by a large margin.As a result,the optimal operation of airconditioning system is absolutely necessary in energy-saving reconstruction.
