摘要 振动试验工装是影响振动试验的重要因素。传统的振动试验工装动力学设计存在一定的局限性。针对某航天型号产品,使用有限元仿真设计方法,充分考虑产品和工装组成的整体动力学模型与产品、工装的动力学模型的不同,建立产品和工装的整体动力学模型。根据整体模型模态特点、试验激励特点,对工装进行动力学优化设计研究。工装优化后整体模型固有频率显著提高,产品的振动响应有效降低。优化后的工装已用于某航天型号产品的地面振动试验模拟。 Fixture plays an important role in vibration test.While traditional dynamic design method of fixtures has some deficiencies.In this paper,the system model for a certain type of aerospace products and the corresponding fixture was built using finite element method.Considering the difference between the system dynamics model and the product or fixture dynamic model,the overall dynamic model of the product and the fixture was established.The dynamic optimization design of the fixture is studied according to the modal features of the model and the characteristics of the excitation.The results show that the system’s natural frequency is significantly increased and the vibration response of the product is effectively reduced.The optimized fixture has been used in vibration test simulation of the aerospace products.
