康妇消炎栓联合阿奇霉素治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效观察

Efficacy of Kangfuxiaoyan suppository combined with azithromycin in treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease

目的探讨康妇消炎栓联合阿奇霉素治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效。方法选择2017年4月至2019年10月本院收治的104例慢性盆腔炎患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各52例。对照组给予阿奇霉素序贯治疗,观察组使用阿奇霉素序贯治疗联合康妇消炎栓外用。比较治疗7d后两组治疗效果、支原体转阴率及血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素1β(IL-1β)、降钙素原(PCT)水平。结果观察组治疗有效率、支原体转阴率均高于对照组,两组CRP、IL-1β、PCT水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用康妇消炎栓联合阿奇霉素治疗慢性盆腔炎,可提高临床疗效及支原体转阴率,降低血清炎症因子水平,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Kangfuxiaoyan suppository combined with azithromycin in treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods A total of 104 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease who admitted in our hospital from April 2017 to October 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,with 52 cases in each group.Control group was given azithromycin sequential therapy,and observation group was given azithromycin sequential therapy combined with external application of Kangfuxiaoyan suppository.After treatment for 7d,the curative effects,negative conversion ratio of mycoplasma,C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and procalcitonin(PCT)were compared between two groups.Results The effective rate and negative conversion ratio of mycoplasma in observation group were higher than those in control group,the levels of CRP,IL-1βand PCT in two groups decreased,and observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Kangfuxiaoyan suppository combined with azithromycin in treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease can increase clinical efficacy and negative conversion ratio,decrease the levels of inflammatory factors,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
