镜像联合高频经颅磁刺激在脑卒中患者康复治疗中的应用效果

Application effect of mirror therapy combined with high-frequency transcranial magnetic stimulation in rehabilitation treatment of patients with stroke

目的探讨镜像联合高频经颅磁刺激在脑卒中患者康复治疗中的应用效果。方法选择2018年12月至2019年12月本院收治的76例脑卒中患者,依据干预方式不同分为对照组36例和观察组40例,对照组使用高频经颅磁刺激,观察组采用镜像联合高频经颅磁刺激治疗。对比分析两组患者治疗前后上肢运动功能、平衡能力及日常生活活动能力改善情况。结果治疗前,两组FMA、Barthel、BSS评分相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗两个月后,两组FMA、Barthel、BSS评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中患者使用镜像联合高频经颅磁刺激进行康复治疗,能够促进患者上肢运动功能、平衡能力及日常生活活动能力快速恢复,利于预后,可推广使用。

Objective To study the application effect of mirror therapy combined with high-frequency transcranial magnetic stimulation in rehabilitation treatment of patients with stroke.Methods A total of 76 patients with stroke who admitted in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were divided into two groups according to the intervention methods,36 patients who accepted high-frequency transcranial magnetic stimulation were included in control group,and 40 patients who accepted mirror therapy combined with high-frequency transcranial magnetic stimulation were included in observation group.The upper limb movement function,balance ability and activity of daily living were compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results There was no statistical difference in the FMA,Barthel and BSS scores between two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment for 2 months,the FMA,Barthel and BSS scores in two groups increased,and observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mirror therapy combined with high-frequency transcranial magnetic stimulation in rehabilitation treatment of patients with stroke can significantly promote rapid recovery of upper limb movement function,balance ability and activity of daily living,and facilitate good prognostic development,which can be recommended for widespread use in primary hospitals.
