多学科合作模式应用于卒中后吞咽障碍患者的效果 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析卒中后吞咽障碍患者应用多学科合作模式干预的效果。方法选取本院2018年1月至2019年6月卒中后吞咽障碍患者119例,随机分为对照组59例和观察组60例。对照组给予卒中后常规干预,观察组应用多学科合作模式干预。对比干预后两组营养风险筛查率、吞咽功能评估率变化,并比较患者干预前后营养状况改变情况。结果观察组24h内吞咽功能评估率、体质量指数(BMI)水平及48h内营养风险筛查率均高于对照组,营养风险筛查量表(NRS2002)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多学科合作模式可提升卒中后吞咽障碍患者48h内营养风险筛查率及24h内吞咽功能评估率,改善患者营养状况。 Objective To analyze the nutritional status of patients with dysphagia after stroke after multi-disciplinary cooperation.Methods A total of 119 patients with post-stroke dysphagia in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were randomly divided into the control group(n=59)and the observation group(n=60).The control group were given routine intervention after stroke,and the observation group used multidisciplinary cooperation model.The nutritional risk screening rate and changes in the assessment rate of swallowing function of the two groups,and the changes in nutritional status of patients before and after intervention were compared.Results The evaluation rate of swallowing function,BMI level and nutritional risk screening rate within 48 hours in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the NRS2002 score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The multidisciplinary cooperation model improves the nutrition risk screening rate and the swallowing function evaluation rate within 48 hours of patients with dysphagia after stroke,and improves the nutritional status of patients.
