新型心脏康复方案对急性心肌梗死经皮冠状动脉介入术后患者效果分析

Effect of new cardiac rehabilitation program on patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI

目的探讨新型心脏康复方案对急性心肌梗死(Acute myocardial infarction,AMI)经皮冠状动脉介入术(Percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)后患者血管内皮功能及主要不良心血管事件(Major adverse cardiovascular events,MACE)发生率的影响。方法选择2019年1月至2019年12月本院收治的92例AMI患者,根据术后康复模式的不同分为对照组42例和观察组50例。对照组行常规康复护理,观察组采用新型心脏康复方案。对比两组血管内皮功能、心功能及MACE发生率。结果干预后,观察组血管内皮功能、心功能改善情况优于对照组,MACE发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性心肌梗死PCI术后运用新型心脏康复方案可改善血管内皮功能,保护心功能,降低MACE发生率,利于预后。

Objective To investigate the effect of new cardiac rehabilitation program on vascular endothelial function and the incidence of major adverse cardiovascular events(MACE)in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods A total of 92 patients with AMI who admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were divided into control group(n=42)and observation group(n=50)according to different postoperative rehabilitation modes.Control group was given routine rehabilitation nursing,and observation group was given new cardiac rehabilitation program.The vascular endothelial function,cardiac function and the incidence of MACE were compared between two groups.Results After intervention,the improvement of vascular endothelial function,cardiac function in observation group was better than that in control group,and the incidence of MACE in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion New cardiac rehabilitation program in AMI after PCI can improve vascular endothelial function,protect cardiac function,decrease the incidence of MACE,and promote the prognosis.
