摘要
接触网滑轮补偿装置的定滑轮与补偿绳在运营过程中经常发生偏磨,而滑轮补偿装置与下锚角钢之间多采用双环杆连接,易造成定滑轮偏转后无调整余量。当定滑轮不铅垂时,补偿绳便与滑轮边缘产生偏磨,严重时会损伤补偿绳或造成脱槽,导致弓网事故。本文结合太中银铁路日常运营维护经验,研究制定定滑轮与下锚角钢连接部件的设备改造方案,经运行验证应用效果良好,可有效解决定滑轮与补偿绳的偏磨问题。
Frequent eccentric wear occurs frequently between fixed pulley and compensation rope of pulley type tensioning device for OCL during operation,and two ring rod is generally used for connection between pulley type tensioning device and anchoring angle steel and it is liable to induce that there is no allowance for adjustment after the deflection of fixed pulley.When the fixed pulley is not under a state of plumbing,there will generate the eccentric wear between compensation rope and the edge of pulley,the severe wear will induce damage of compensation rope or jumping off the rope from the slot and lead to the pantograph-catenary failure.The paper,with connection to the experience of daily operational maintenance for Tai-Zhong-Yin railway,studies and establishes the scheme for reconstruction of equipment of connection parts between fixed pulley and anchoring steel angle.The scheme has good effect through operational verification and is able to solve effectively the eccentric wear between fixed pulley and compensation rope.
