城市轨道交通BIM应用顶层设计研究 被引量:2

摘要 BIM技术的发展与城市轨道交通的数字化需求促进BIM技术在城市轨道交通中的普及应用。部分应用实践表明,顶层设计的缺失造成BIM价值无法在城市轨道交通中充分体现。基于“集成式管理”、“整装式交付”、“可持续运营”、“可扩展生态”的总体原则,城市轨道交通的BIM顶层应设计完善、具有统一的BIM标准体系,在此基础上,搭建BIM与工程建运一体化融合的信息化体系以及专注于轨道交通业务的BIM应用体系,同时预留与GIS、装配式建设、物联网等创新技术衍生的接口,以融入可扩展的智慧轨道交通体系。 The integration of BIM and urban rail transit is getting popular due to BIM innovation as well as digitization of urban rail transit.However,the lack of top-level design has been proven to constrain the value added by BIM in several piloting cities.To achieve the targets of“Integrated Management”,“Aggregated Delivery”,“Sustainable Operation”and“Adaptable Eco-system”,a comprehensive ontology of BIM guidelines is proposed for urban rail transit.Thereto,a BIM-based digitalized platform is suggested for integrated management covering construction and operation of rail transit projects,while a tailored list of BIM uses is provided to meet specific requirements of rail transit systems.Additional interfaces with GIS,pre-casted construction and IOT are designed so that BIM can be integrated with smart urban rail transit innovation.
