摘要
本文通过三维设计软件REVIT对变电所施工图设计阶段的所内和区间的电缆支架、吊架和电缆沟等路径进行建模绘制展示以及电缆高精度仿真敷设,包括各种类型电缆的三维模型以及相关电缆属性的衔接,电缆容积率自动校验等三维功能的建模和展示,电缆敷设断面的类型展示和三维效果展示,达到通过三维图纸有效指导施工的目的。采用该方法可使施工交底更加方便,在变电专业与其他专业的交互过程中,避免由于一个专业的管线局部更改,而其他专业未及时避开的情况,并可使设计的正向协同作用最大化以避免材料的浪费或者不足,造成返工或者修改。
This paper uses the three-dimensional design software REVIT to model and show the cable brackets,hangers and cable trenches in and at the substation during the design phase of the substation construction drawing design and the high-precision simulation of cable laying,including various three-dimensional models of the types of cables and the connection of the relevant cable attributes,the automatic verification of the cable volume ratio and other three-dimensional function modeling and display,the type of cable laying cross section and the three-dimensional effect display,to achieve the purpose of effectively guiding the construction through the three-dimensional drawings,to make the construction account more realistic and convenient,so that the substation major can avoid the situation where a major pipeline is partially changed and other majors unknown to avoid it when interacting with other majors,and maximize the positive synergy of the design to avoid waste or shortage of materials,rework or modification.
