疫情防控中的生命权保障——“全球疫情防控与人权保障”系列国际研讨会第一场会议学术综述

An Academic Summary of the International Seminar Series on “Safeguarding of the Rights to Life in the Epidemic Prevention and Control”

2020年5月9日,由中国人权研究会指导、西南政法大学主办的"全球疫情防控与人权保障"系列国际研讨会的首场会议在重庆召开。本次会议的主题为"疫情防控中的生命权保障",主要围绕"生命权的价值位阶与法律保护"和"疫情下弱势群体的生命权保障"两个分议题展开讨论。来自中国、荷兰、法国、巴基斯坦、斯里兰卡的40余名专家、学者就"生命至上""生命权属性""政府的责任""弱势群体保护""生命权和其他人权的衡量"和"科学防疫"等具体问题展开深入探讨。此次会议重申了"生命至上"的重要理念,有助于在全球疫情防控中加强对生命权的保护和重视。

Guided by the China Society for Human Rights and organized by Southwest University of Political Science and Law,the First Session of the Series of International Seminars on"Global Epidemic Prevention and Control and Human Rights Protection"was held in Chongqing on May 9,2020.The seminar featured the theme of"Guarantee of the Right to Life in Epidemic Prevention and Control"and two sub-topics:"Value Status and Legal Protection of the Right to Life"and"Safeguarding of the Right to Life of Vulnerable Groups under the Pandemic".Over 40 experts and scholars from China,the Netherlands,France,Pakistan and Sri Lanka attended the conference,and conducted in-depth discussions on specific issues such as"life supremacy","attributes of the right to life","government responsibilities","protection of vulnerable groups","balance of the right to life and other human rights"and"science-based approaches to epidemic prevention".This conference reaffirmed the key idea of"life supremacy",which is conducive to strengthening the safeguarding of and attention to the right to life in the global pandemic prevention and control.
