摘要 浅圆仓屋面为锥形现浇混凝土屋面,常规支撑体系无法满足高效施工及经济性要求,设计一种伞状钢桁架支撑体系,实现降本增效,安全可靠。通过荷载计算与有限元分析,验证支撑体系安全可靠。利用高强螺栓连接H型钢构件,采用同步提升技术整体提升。实践表明,该体系施工安全可靠、施工高效,可广泛应用于筒形结构锥形现浇混凝土屋面施工。 The shallow round silo roof is a conical cast-in-situ concrete roof.The conventional support system can not meet the requirements of efficient construction and economical efficiency.An umbrellashaped steel truss support system is designed to achieve cost reduction and efficiency increase,safe and reliable.Through load calculation and finite element analysis,the safety and reliability of the support system is verified.The high-strength bolts are used to connect the H-shaped steel members,and the synchronous lifting technology is used for the overall lifting.Practice shows that the system is safe and efficient in construction,and can be widely used in the construction of cylindrical tapered cast-in-situ concrete roofs.
