Based on the commercial project of York North County in Chongqing,the key technologies of the construction of intelligent construction site information data platform for large-scale urban complex project are introduced.Relying on the smart construction site platform,a management method that subverts the traditional management methods for personnel,safety,quality and progress are explored,and try to study and apply new management methods such as personnel management,safety management,quality management,progress management,ecological environment management and material acceptance management based on the smart site big data management platform are adopted.
