结合洛阳红山车辆段出入线特大桥工程实践经验,针对桥梁工程现浇预应力箱梁施工的主要技术进行分析总结。重点介绍基础施工、支架施工、模板架设、钢筋质量控制、混凝土浇筑等关键技术。通过严格把控各环节的施工要点,保证了现浇预应力箱梁的施工质量。

Combined with the practical experience of the large bridge project in and out line of Hongshan rolling stock depot in Luoyang City,the main technologies of cast-in-place prestressed box girder construction in bridge engineering are analyzed and summarized.The key technologies of foundation construction,bracket construction,formwork erection,quality control of steel reinforcement and concrete casting are mainly introduced.By controlling the construction points,the construction quality of cast-inplace prestressed box girder is guaranteed.
