地铁盾构下穿西气东输能源管路施工技术

摘要 新建苏州城市轨道交通S1线唯亭站—阳澄湖南站区间下穿西气东输能源管路,西气东输能源管路属于国家重点战略工程,且带高压工作,沉降控制要求较高。为确保能源管路完好无损,对盾构下穿施工风险进行分析,选择合理的施工机械设备,控制注浆和掘进参数,监测上层覆土扰动情况,从而确保能源管路在盾构下穿施工过程中的安全,有效规避或降低施工风险,保证施工顺利完成。 The newly-built section between Weiting station and Yangchenghu South Station of Suzhou Urban Rail Transit Line S1 runs through the energy pipeline of west east gas transmission,which is a national key strategic project with high-pressure work and high settlement control requirements.In order to ensure that the energy pipeline is intact,the construction risk of shield tunneling is analyzed,reasonable construction machinery and equipment are selected,grouting and tunneling parameters are controlled,and the disturbance of upper overburden is monitored,so as to ensure the safety of energy pipeline in the process of shield tunneling,effectively avoid or reduce the construction risk,ensure the smooth completion of construction,and provide reference for similar projects.
