对于"双高时代"的高等职业教育高质量发展,教师队伍建设是题中应有之意,并且任重而道远。教师队伍是高等职业院校发展的重要支撑维度,坚持把教师队伍建设作为基础工作,是打造职业教育"双师型"高素质教师队伍的客观要求。高等职业院校教师队伍建设还存在总量不足、结构待优化、高层次人才"短板"、"双师型"教师培养渠道不畅等问题,因此高职院校必须发挥顶层设计的引领作用,提升分类管理效果,打造"双师型"教师队伍,并强化科研与社会服务能力。

As far as the high-quality development of higher vocational institutes in the "double-high-level" period is concerned, the importance of the teaching team construction is what the topic of this paper obviously means. This task is significant and worthy of much hard work. The teaching faculty remains a powerful support for the development of higher vocational institutes, so it is an objective requirement for building a high-quality "double-qualification" vocational teaching team to insist on taking the teaching team construction as the basic work. There are some problems in the teaching team construction, such as the insufficient total quantity, its framework to be optimized, weak links in respect to high-level talents and the obstructed training channel for "double-qualification" teachers. As a result, higher vocational institutes shall play a leading role in top-level design, improve the effects of classified management, building a "double-qualification" teaching team and intensify their ability in research and social service.
