个体特征、性格倾向和职业认知对学习兴趣的影响——以高职酒店管理专业为例

The Influence of Individual Characteristics, Personality Tendency and Professional Cognition on the Learning Interest: Taking the Hotel Management Major in Higher Vocational Institutes as an Example

良好的学习兴趣能有效增强学生的学习自觉性并提升其学习效率。利用对安徽省内五所高职院校酒店管理专业学生进行抽样调研所得到的数据,研究人员运用最优尺度回归方法,分析了个体特征、性格倾向和职业认知对学习兴趣的影响。研究结果表明:(1)学生个体特征层面中的入学方式和职业认知层面中的职业所属行业前景、职业薪资待遇以及职业发展机会空间对其学习兴趣有显著影响;(2)学生个体特征层面中的性别、兼职经历、家庭所在地、志愿填报以及学生的性格倾向对其学习兴趣没有显著影响。

Good learning interest can effectively enhance students’ learning consciousness and improve their learning efficiency. By use of on the data from the sample questionnaire on the students majored in Hotel Management in five higher vocational institutes in Anhui Province, the researchers analyzed the influence of individual characteristics, personality tendency and professional cognition on learning interest with optimal scale regression method. The relevant results show that:(1) the individual characteristics(enrollment mode) and career cognition(including career prospect, career salary as well as career development opportunity and space) have significant impact on learning interest;(2) the individual characteristics(including gender, part-time experience, family location and voluntary filling) and personality tendency have no significant influence on learning interest.
