浅谈大学生志愿服务存在的问题及对策思考

On the Problems in of College Students’ Volunteering Service and Corresponding Countermeasures

大学生志愿服务自闭症儿童具有重要的现实意义。但是目前大学生志愿服务自闭症儿童工作中存在着一系列问题,比如志愿者招募宣传工作力度不够,志愿者缺乏志愿服务毅力、专业知识和服务能力,志愿服务管理工作不完善,志愿服务活动经费来源匮乏,以及志愿服务能动性受外在环境限制等。完善大学生志愿服务自闭症儿童的工作,需要通过思想引领来加强大学生志愿者自身队伍建设,通过完善管理来打造大学生志愿服务的良好外部环境,合力共为以构建大学生志愿服务的长效共建机制。

It is of great practical significance for college students to do volunteering work for autistic children. However, there are various problems in the current work, such as insufficient recruitment and promotion work for volunteers, lacking perseverance, professional knowledge and service capabilities in the volunteering service;incomplete management for the volunteering organizations, lacking funding sources, and restriction by external factors. To improve the work of college students’ volunteering service for autistic children, it is necessary to strengthen the team building through ideological guidance and create a good external environment for college students’ volunteering service by improving management so as to establish a long-term mechanism for this work with cooperation of all parties.
