摘要
目的探讨维甲酸相关孤核受体α(RORα)与葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶(G6PD)在胃癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法收集60例胃癌患者胃癌组织及其对应的正常胃组织,采用免疫组化染色及Western blot检测RORα与G6PD的表达,分析两者在胃癌组织中的表达与临床病理特征的关系。结果RORα在正常胃组织的表达高于胃癌组织;随着TNM分期的增加,RORα在胃癌组织中的表达逐渐降低(P<0.05)。G6PD在正常胃组织表达较胃癌组织低,随着TNM分期的增加而表达增高(P<0.05)。RORα与G6PD在胃癌组织的表达与与肿瘤TNM分期及有无淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05),但与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤大小和位置无明显关联(P>0.05)。RORα与G6PD在胃癌组织的表达具有相关性(P<0.01)。结论胃癌组织中RORα和G6PD的表达与肿瘤TNM分期及有无淋巴结转移相关,可能参与胃癌的发生和发展。
Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of retinoic acid-related orphan receptor alpha(RORα)and glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase(G6 PD)in gastric cancer tissues.Methods Immunohistochemical staining and Western blot were used to detect the expressions of RORαand G6 PD in 60 samples of gastric cancer tissues(group A)and the tumor-adjacent normal gastric tissues(group B).The relationship between the expressions of RORαand G6 PD in gastric cancer tissues and the clinicopathological characteristics was analyzed.Results The expression of RORαin group B was higher than that in group A(P<0.05),which in group A was decreased as TNM stage was increased.The expression of G6 PD in group B was lower than that in group A(P<0.05),which in group A was increased as TNM stage was increased.The expressions of RORαand G6 PD in group A were closely related to the TNM stage and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),but not significantly related to the age,sex,and tumor size and location(P>0.05).In gastric cancer tissues,RORαexpression was closely correlated to G6 PD(P<0.01).Conclusion The expressions of RORαand G6 PD in gastric cancer tissues are closely related to the TNM stage and lymph node metastasis and may participate in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer.
