社区老年人跌倒预防措施的最佳证据总结

Evidence Summary of Fall Prevention in the Senior Citizen Group in Community

目的评价并总结社区老年人跌倒预防措施的最佳证据。方法检索BMJ最佳实践、Cochrane Library、PubMed、加拿大安大略注册护士协会、JBI循证卫生保健国际合作中心图书馆、美国指南网、英国国家临床医学研究所指南网、荷兰医学文摘数据库、新加坡卫生部官网、中国知网、医脉通、万方、维普等数据库中社区老年人跌倒预防措施相关文献。由3名研究人员对所纳文献进行独立评价,并进行证据提取。结果共纳入3篇指南,6篇系统评价。从跌倒风险筛查、跌倒风险评估、运动干预、基础疾患治疗、用药管理、环境安全、健康教育、多因素干预等8个方面共总结30条证据。结论总结了预防社区老年人跌倒的最佳证据,可为社区卫生保健人员实施跌倒预防措施提供循证依据。

Objective To evaluate and summarize the best evidence of fall prevention in the senior citizen group in community.Methods Relavant papers on fall prevention in foreign and domestic databases were studied,which included BMJ,Cochrane Library,Pubmed,RNAO,JBI,NGC,NICE,Embase,Ministry of Health(Singapore),CNKI,Medlive,Wanfang,CBM,VIP.Three researchers evaluated the quality of the literatures independently,then the evidence extraction in accordance with the quality criteria were conducted.Results A total of 3 guidelines and 6 systemic reviews were enrolled in this study.The best evidences included total 30 items from 8 aspects,covering fall risk screening,assessment,exercise intervention,basical disease treament,environmental safety,pharmaceutical administration,health education and multifactorial intervention.Conclusions This study summarizes the best evidence of fall prevention in in the senior citizen group in community,which provides the evidence-based basis for community health care workers to implement fall prevention measures.
