摘要
目的探讨新生研讨课《健康与护理》的构建,并分析实施效果。方法通过课程理论指导设计、教学目标设计、课程模块设计等对该课程进行构建,并使用职业认同量表和质性访谈研究该课程的实施效果,分析该课程对护理本科生职业认同和综合素质的影响。结果学生出勤率97%,小组汇报得分为(85.88±7.34)分,课堂讨论得分为(81.81±6.93)分,总分为(83.85±10.57)分。学生职业认同得分明显高于教学前,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。通过质性访谈在课程设置特点方面提炼出3个主题,分别是前沿性、形式多样性和互动性。结论新生研讨课《健康与护理》能有效提高护理本科生的职业认同和综合素质。
Objective To explore the construction and implementation effect of Health and Nursing course for freshmen.Methods The course was constructed by theoretical guidance,teaching objective and curriculum module design.The implementation effect of the course was studied by using professional identity scale and qualitative interviews,and the influence of the course on professional identity and comprehensive quality of nursing undergraduates was analyzed.Results Students attendance was 97%.The score of group presentation,inclass discussion and the final score were(85.88±7.34),(81.81±6.93)and(83.85±10.57),respectively.The score of professional identity scale after the course was significantly higher than that before the course,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).The results of qualitative interviews showed that the course was cutting-edge,diverse and interactive,and students’evaluation was positive,which could improve students’social ability,team cooperation and critical thinking ability.Conclusions Health and Nursing for freshmen can effectively improve the professional identity and comprehensive quality of nursing undergraduates.
