摘要
某330 MW亚临界机组锅炉因煤种变化及低氮燃烧改造,存在再热器超温问题,对锅炉运行的安全性、经济性带来影响。通过热力计算并结合实际运行情况,对机组再热器超温问题原因进行详细分析,找出再热器超温因素,并提出了受热面改造解决方案,为同类型机组提供建议。
Due to the coal-fired change and air staging low NOx combustion retrofit,a 330 MW subcritical boiler exists the problem of rehater overheating,which affects the safe and economic operation.This paper makes detailed thermal calculation and analysis,finds out the factors of the rehater overheating according to the actual overtemperature situation of the power plant and proposes the transformation scheme of heating surface.The purpose is to provide reference for similar power plants.
