摘要 实时掌握脱硝催化剂的催化性能和剩余寿命对催化剂全寿命管理有着重要指导意义。通过调取大量DCS数据,分析了SCR脱硝反应装置中氨氮摩尔比、烟气温度、烟气流速等因素对催化剂活性系数的影响规律。结果发现:氨氮摩尔比和烟气流速是影响催化剂活性系数的主要因素。因此可以通过定工况的方法在统一基准下研究脱硝催化剂活性系数的衰减规律,可以获得催化剂的剩余使用寿命。基于上述研究,建立了催化剂寿命预警系统,可以评估催化剂性能,实时预测催化剂的剩余使用寿命。结果表明,当催化剂寿命达到临界值时,系统能够起到有效的示警作用。 Real-time grasp of the performance and remaining life of the denitration catalyst has important guiding significance for the catalyst's full life management.In this paper,a large amount of DCS data was analyzed,and the influence of ammonia-nitrogen molar ratio,flue gas temperature,and flue gas flow rate on the catalyst activity coefficient in the SCR denitration reaction device were analyzed.The results found that the ammonia-nitrogen molar ratio and flue gas flow rate were the main factors affecting the catalyst activity coefficient.Therefore,we can study the activity coefficient attenuation law of the denitration catalyst under a unified reference by the method of fixed conditions,and the remaining service life of the catalyst can be obtained.Based on the above research,a catalyst life warning system was established,which can evaluate catalyst performance and warn the remaining service life of the catalyst in real time.The results show that when the catalyst life reaches a critical value,the system can play an effective warning role.
