水冷壁是电站锅炉的重要受热部件,常发生爆管造成非计划停机,带来巨大的经济损失。将远场涡流和视频技术用于电站锅炉水冷壁检测,远场涡流技术能够实现对水冷壁管内外壁缺陷进行检测,视频技术能够对水冷壁管外壁缺陷进行宏观检查,远场涡流和视频技术的检测结果还能够相互参考,通过爬行器沿着管壁移动实现了自动爬壁检测。在某电厂使用,取得了较好的检测效果。
