摘要
为研究锅炉给水温度的提高对锅炉侧运行、汽轮机侧运行及全厂运行的影响,在EBSILON软件平台中搭建了锅炉和汽轮机联合仿真模型,同时在汽轮机侧增设0号高压加热器并将补气阀位置处作为其抽汽汽源。通过对不同负荷下的仿真数据进行分析,得到锅炉效率和汽轮机绝对电效率及发电厂效率随给水温度的变化关系,最后综合考虑0号高压加热器的投资及运行成本得出机组每年可节约540.606万元,可在3.089年回收成本。
In order to study the influence of boiler feed water temperature on boiler side operation,steam turbine side operation and whole plant operation,a combined simulation model of boiler and steam turbine was built in EBSILON software platform.At the same time,the No.0 high pressure heater is added to the steam turbine side and the position of the filling valve is used as the extraction steam source.By analyzing the simulation data under different loads,the relationship between boiler efficiency,turbine absolute power efficiency and power plant efficiency with feed water temperature is obtained.Finally,considering the investment and operation cost of No.0 high pressure heater,it is concluded that the unit saves about 5.40606 million yuan per year and can be recovered in 3.089 years.
