摘要
运用文献法、调查法和个案研究法,分析“健康中国”提出的价值意蕴,揭示“健康中国”对高校体育发展的重大意义,指出“健康中国”背景下高校公共体育课程存在的问题,提出“健康中国”背景下高校公共体育课程改革目标:体育健康理念深入,课程教学目标全面;体育课程内容丰富,体育课程体系完善;体育课程项目多样,教师专项比例合理;教师能力结构合理,专业综合能力较强;政策资金支持到位,场馆器材充足可用。
This paper analyzed the value implication of“Healthy China”through using the methods of literature,investigation and case studies,revealing the great significance of“Healthy China”to the development of college physical education,and pointing out the existing problems of public physical education curriculum in colleges and universities under the background of“Healthy China”.At the same time,the goals of curriculum reform of public physical education are put forward:establishing in-depth sports health concepts and comprehensive curriculum teaching goals;enriching sports curriculum content and perfecting the curriculum system of physical education;setting diverse physical education programs and reasonable proportion of teachers;the teacher's ability structure is reasonable,and the professional comprehensive ability is strong;policy financial support is in place and venue equipment is sufficient and available.
