基于CiteSpace的“微型癥瘕”知识图谱分析

Analysis of Knowledge Maps of“Micro-accumulation”Based on CiteSpace

目的探索"微型癥瘕"概念的研究热点及前沿研究方向。方法检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)中以"微型癥瘕"为研究方向的文献,检索时间范围为2001-2019年,最终纳入456篇。采用Cite Space5.3.R4.8.31.2018软件进行数据分析及可视化,分别绘制核心作者群体、研究机构及关键词聚类的知识结构图谱。结果作者合作图谱绘制出4个主要作者合作团队;研究机构分析发现1个核心单位及若干合作机构;关键词共现聚类网络由101个节点、150条线组成,"微型癥瘕"理论研究知识领域中的研究热点分为19个聚类。结论"微型癥瘕"概念研究热点及前沿研究方向主要集中在糖尿病肾病、其他各种肾病及慢性阻塞性肺疾病3个研究领域,分析"微型癥瘕"概念在上述3个领域中的变化对中医理论的发展和创新具有重要借鉴意义。

Objective To explore and discover the research hotspot and frontier research direction of the conception of"micro-accumulation".Methods Literature in the CNKI with"micro-accumulation"as the research direction was retrieved.The search time range was 2001–2019,and 456 articles were finally included.CiteSpace5.3.R4.8.31.2018 software was used for data analysis and visual expression,and the knowledge structure maps of the core author group,research institutions and keyword clustering were drawn respectively.Results The author cooperation map drew 4 main author cooperation teams.The research institution analysis found 1 core unit and several cooperation institutions.The keyword co-occurrence clustering network was composed of 101 nodes and 150 lines.The research hotspots in the field of theoretical research knowledge of"micro-accumulation"were divided into 19 clusters.Conclusion The research hotspot and frontier research direction of the conception of"microaccumulation"focus on diabetic nephropathy,other kinds of nephropathy and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Analyzing the changes of the conception of"micro-accumulation"in above three areas has important reference significance for the development and innovation of TCM theory.
